Browsing Blackberry’s App World recently I came upon the App for Paypal, a well known service from eBay that helps users to manage or transfer money on the internet. The App is easily installed, and once you log in you will have access to some of the functions which you have on the web-based version of Paypal.
I have been using the app for the past two days and the Paypal Blackberry App only gives you the capability to review your Account Balance, Send Money, check your Transaction History and a settings tab which has the option to change the language you view the app in and a fee option. There is also the option to change the currency, however that is not found under the settings tab, it can be found by pressing the menu button on your device once logged in.
I really like the concept of having Paypal at your fingertips all the time, but the app is missing the option to request money or sending invoices. Please add those two options PayPal and you will have a full satisfying customer-oriented Application.
Please Note: If you are new to PayPal you have to sign up for an account on the Web-based Version as the Blackberry PayPal doesn’t have the option to.
