Probably you already heard, but if not, Mozilla will be releasing its Firefox 4 real soon which has a few design and User Interface changes. One of the changes that has had people talking it the default setting which places the tabs on top of the browser, similar to the way it is with Google Chrome.
Because of the confusion, Alex Faaborg of the User Experience Design team recorded made this seven minutes and eleven seconds video explaining the key reasons why the Firefox 4 has as default, the tabs on the top. In the video he also made it clear that the tabs on top, instead of below the address bar is just default setting and can be fully controlled by the user and can place the tabs where they desire.
I guess this video will calm the heated debate in the Firefox community over whether the tabs should be on top or below the address bar. Share your views on this new feature of the Mozilla Firefox 4 Browser.
