There is good news for iPhone, iPad and iPod Users, it is no longer illegal to Jailbreak your Apple device.
Everything about Jailbreaking changed a week back when a U.S. court ruled that users who jailbrokes their iPhones were not violating any laws. Because of this ruling the 1998 Digital Millennium Copyright Act has been updated which ensures Apple won’t be suing you for opening your device and running non-App Store-approved applications.

Due to the result of the courts a web app was developed that makes opening just about any device running the iOS as easy as 123. Simply go to JailBreakme.com and follow the instructions, it will work for any iPhone running iOS 4.0.1 or below and any iPad running iOS 3.2.1 or below.
Apple is also warning users that once you jailbreak your device can violate the warranty and can cause the iPhone to become unstable and not work reliably“, so do it at your own risk!
Despite the warning their are no doubts if users will be Jailbreaking their iDevices now. Do you own an iPhone 4 or any other Apple device that runs the iOS, well do you plan on Jailbreaking it?
