How to do Music Notes, Love Hearts, Smiley Face and other symbols in your Facebook Status

I know there are many times you want to quote a song on your Facebook Status but want to put music notes to indicate that it is a song and not really the mood you’re in. Well I will show you how you can add different symbols on your status in two (2) simple steps.

Eg: ♫♫ Saddest Day of my Life.. ♫♪

The symbols I am about to show you for your Facebook Status includes Music Notes, Love Hearts, Sunshine, Smiley Face, Diamonds, Arrows and more.

1.) Copy the Symbols from below and paste them into your Facebook Status

☺ ☻ ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ ◙ ♂ ♀ ♪ ♫ ☼ ► ◄

2.) Do it yourself:

This works for some people and not for others, but each of these characters can be typed on your keyboard using the ‘alt’ button.

First, if you’re on a laptop make sure you ‘Num Lock’ is on! The ‘Num Lock’ button is on the top right of your keyboard.
